Who we are
This site is run by the MentalHealth PH Editorial Team, which is responsible for the personal information collected here. For any privacy question or request, use the contact page and mark it Privacy.
What we collect
- Visit counts through Koko Analytics, which runs on this site’s own server, sets no cookies and does not identify you.
- What you choose to send through the contact form (your name, email and message), used only to reply to you.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, Hostinger, for security. Hostinger also stores this site and the messages sent through the contact form.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Visit counts are kept as totals and cannot be traced back to you.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information, or share it with anyone except the providers that run this site.
- We do not add advertising trackers to this site. Some guides show YouTube videos; YouTube may set its own cookies when you play one.
- We do not ask for health details, and you should not send them through the contact form.
Links to other sites
Guides link to other websites, such as doctor directories, hotlines and government pages. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act you can ask what we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Use the contact page.
